Salary: £32,000 - 36,800 per year

Responsibilities

• We provide technical support for our iTrent HR and payroll system to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• We develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet our organisational needs.
• We collaborate with teams across our organisation to gather and analyse system requirements.
• We perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
• We ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application.
• We document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.
• We identify and troubleshoot system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• We work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality.
