Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, APIs)
• Experience working on CRM projects and integrating complex systems
• Solid grounding in software engineering principles and design patterns
• Comfortable owning work end-to-end-from design through to deployment
• Experience working in Agile environments (leading ceremonies is a plus)
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Experience with relational databases and ETL tools is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Designing and building Salesforce solutions across the full lifecycle
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Leading Agile ceremonies and helping drive delivery standards
• Acting as a senior point of contact within the team, supporting others and setting direction
• Delivering configuration, customization, and integration work across the platform
• Supporting releases, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement
