Responsibilities

• Support customer issues such as backups, email support, and password resets
• Visit customer sites to assist with installations and break-fix troubleshooting
• Work from our workshop to build PCs/servers and fix them when required
• Engage in problem-solving
• Conduct network troubleshooting
• Facilitate network segmentation
• Provide top-class customer service and support
