Associate Director, Oracle ERP Senior Solutions Architect

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

• We require experience leading implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (e.g., ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud) in the public sector.
• We require practical experience leading and delivering complex technology or business transformation programmes within the public sector.
• We require a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programmes or portfolios of projects, with strong leadership and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
• We require a deep understanding of programme delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, and their practical application in public sector environments.
• We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex public sector challenges into actionable delivery plans and communicate insights effectively.
• We require demonstrable experience managing programme budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• We require experience leading and embedding significant organisational change alongside technology implementation, particularly in public sector environments.
• We require excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• We require the ability to travel when required.
• We require the ability to pass UK Government SC clearance vetting.
• We prefer experience and understanding of the public sector landscape, including policy, governance, funding mechanisms, and key challenges faced by government departments and agencies.
• We prefer experience with large-scale system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or significant business change programmes within the public sector.
• We prefer experience managing expectations and delivering successful projects.
• We prefer relevant certifications such as Oracle certifications, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, or equivalent.
• We prefer experience in a consulting environment delivering services to public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• We lead and manage complex public sector programmes from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
• We provide strategic leadership, expert guidance, and assurance across programme workstreams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery environment.
• We cultivate and manage relationships with senior public sector stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective expectation management, and proactive issue resolution.
• We drive continuous improvement in our public sector delivery capabilities, contributing to practice growth, thought leadership, and the development of our talent.
