Business Analyst (SaaS)

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and XML
• Software / SaaS industry knowledge
• Experience working with development teams and understanding the SDLC
• Experience working with external clients
• Knowledge of the financial services industry would be beneficial

• Work with clients to gather requirements for product configurations
• Work with development teams to ensure technical requirements are met
• Create requirements and integration documentation
• Write SQL scripts for implementation
• Support clients with onboarding and training
