Remote Senior Solutions Engineer - German Speaking

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Must be fluent in German
• At least 5 years of experience in presales in a customer-facing technical role
• Experience with Digital Asset Management, Video Streaming strategies, or Website Performance Optimization
• Strong knowledge of website construction, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Understanding of OS and browser distinctions, and how third-party software and plugins work with browsers
• Experience with website troubleshooting and browser developer tools
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, including CDN, Cloud Storage, Cloud Applications, and APIs
• Experience with Martech and Adtech is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related discipline; Science or Engineering degree preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally up to 20% as required

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Provide technical expertise on our product offering, consult on solution design, and determine solution fit
• Adapt our technology to meet customer business cases through demos, POCs, and documentation
• Build relationships with key decision makers and serve as an external technical spokesperson and trusted advisor
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to identify compelling use cases, influence the product roadmap, and share technical content and best practices
• Work with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handoff as prospects transition into customers
