Technology and Data Support Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience providing IT support within a business environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and/or other visualisation tools.
• Analytical mindset with proven experience using Power BI - desirable.
• Familiarity with IT support tools such as ticketing systems and remote support platforms.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work well across teams and levels.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Confident, positive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to explain technical issues in a user-friendly way.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Liaise with external IT support partners, helping to streamline processes and reduce external reliance over time.
• Collect, prepare, and analyse data to support leadership decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support ongoing improvements to systems, processes, and data workflows.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and data sources.
• Assist in onboarding and supporting staff with IT tools and systems.
