Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
- Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.
- Experience developing an Android app; familiarity with mobile web and back-end technologies is beneficial.
- At least 3 years of commercial software development experience, solving different kinds of technical problems.
- Experience with reactive programming in native mobile platforms.
- Willingness and ability to take on new technologies.
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions.
- High-quality verbal and written communication skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your work.
Responsibilities
- Work primarily on Android systems, with occasional back-end projects.
- Write code and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define feature specifications and deliver high-quality results.
- Take responsibility for design, implementation, development experience, QA, and maintenance.
- Work alongside other engineering groups located around the world.
- Touch code at every level, including backend microservices when needed.
- Use our modular stack, including Kotlin, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, Cursor, and GraphQL, within a clean-architecture MVVM approach.
- Release code to production regularly as part of our daily release cycle.
