Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering Microsoft solutions within a consultancy or Microsoft partner
• Background in Power Platform, Modern Work, or Microsoft 365
• Experience designing solutions across multiple Microsoft technologies
• Ability to lead customer workshops and technical discovery sessions
• Strong business-process mapping and requirements-gathering experience
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical architectures
• Experience producing solution designs, recommendations, and implementation plans
• Confidence engaging senior technical and business stakeholders
• Understanding of governance, security, compliance, and enterprise delivery
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Genuine interest in Microsoft AI, Copilot, and agentic technologies
• Motivation to become a recognised specialist in Microsoft AI architecture
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-600, AI-900, AI-102, DP-600, or Applied Skills in Copilot Studio and Azure AI are beneficial, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements across discovery, architecture, advisory, and delivery
• Lead discovery workshops with technical and business stakeholders
• Understand customer challenges, processes, and transformation objectives
• Identify practical AI, Copilot, and automation use cases
• Design secure, scalable Microsoft AI solution architectures
• Produce solution designs, implementation plans, and technical recommendations
• Architect Copilot agents and intelligent automation solutions
• Connect Microsoft AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
• Guide delivery teams through build, testing, and deployment
• Advise customers on governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI
• Help organisations develop AI roadmaps and adoption strategies
• Support the development of business cases and ROI assessments
• Define operating models for AI and agent-based solutions
• Deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, and enablement sessions
• Mentor consultants and share architectural best practice
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and new AI propositions
• Support the continued growth of the Microsoft AI practice

We are a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner building a dedicated Microsoft AI practice around Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and agentic solutions. This is a remote-first UK role with occasional travel to customer workshops, project delivery, and team meetings, typically once or twice per month.
