Pega Engineer - London

Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Pega technology at a developer level.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, web services, and messaging-based solutions.
• PCSSA (Pega Certified System Architect) certification as a minimum.
• 4+ years experience working with Pega technologies.
• PCLSA Part 1 certification.
• Experience delivering projects within UK Government departments or agencies.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Additional Pega certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of solution design, application architecture, and development best practices.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Pega solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
• Design, build, and support integrations with internal and external systems.
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support governance, security, and compliance requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Pega Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of Pega-based solutions. This is a remote contract role running until 31/12/2026, offered at up to £552 per day via umbrella inside IR35. We require an active SC clearance. The successful candidate will join us in a secure and regulated environment, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
