IT Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in IT Systems Administration and Network Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (MS Server, M365, cloud services)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, SQL, Clustering
• Familiarity with email management tools (Mimecast, MS Outlook, MS Exchange)
• Experience with Veeam Backups and SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge
• Skills in server/desktop software patch management
• Understanding of network security protocols and practices
• Ability to manage mobile device applications and policies
• Experience with hardware deployment and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provide network and desktop IT support based on Microsoft technologies
• Manage MS Server administration including Active Directory and SQL
• Oversee M365 administration involving Teams, SharePoint and Intune
• Manage email services such as Mimecast and MS Exchange
• Perform Veeam backups for both local and cloud services
• Implement security measures using SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge
• Conduct server and desktop software patch management
• Maintain network security and anti-virus processes
• Handle PC and server hardware deployment and maintenance
• Provide 3rd line support for network issues
