Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Dynamics Developer or similar, with the desire to step into a leadership role
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CE)
• Experience with CRM development and configuration
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead our team of Dynamics Developers and oversee the full SDLC
• Act as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 (CE), ensuring best practice in development and configuration
• Drive continuous improvement through solution design and optimisation
• Lead our CRM engineering practices
• Establish best practices across our team
• Own and contribute to the design and implementation of Dynamics solutions using Power Platform and Azure integrations
