Technical Assistance Engineer

Salary: £42,000 - 82,000 per year

Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving
• Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems
• Root cause analysis and fault detection handling
• Able to interpret automotive wiring diagrams
• Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN, and BUS networks
• Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools, and the associated technical procedures
• Computer skills proficiency
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Extremely detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Organise, track, and manage incoming technical issues
• Provide advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers
• Identify and prioritise both interim and long-term corrective actions
• Interpret and translate complex engineering information
• Identify and rectify deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways
• Enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution
