Requirements

• Active SC clearance.
• Experience on large IT or technology transformation programmes.
• Strong PMO experience across RAID, planning, governance, reporting, or dependencies.
• Confident working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Cloud migration or data centre exit experience is desirable.
• Public sector or central government experience is desirable.
• Experience with MSP, Primavera, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency maps.
• Support integrated programme planning across multiple workstreams.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and decisions.
• Prepare governance packs, status reports, and senior updates.
• Support programme boards, assurance forums, and delivery meetings.
• Highlight blockers, slippage, and emerging delivery risks.
• Work with delivery, technical, commercial, and supplier teams to maintain accurate reporting.
• Support a large, complex technology transformation programme involving legacy infrastructure, supplier coordination, migration planning, and service continuity.
• Provide PMO support across RAID, planning, dependencies, governance, and reporting, depending on experience.

We are supporting a large, complex technology transformation programme and are looking for SC-cleared PMO resources to help drive delivery across legacy infrastructure, supplier coordination, migration planning, and service continuity. This is a remote role with occasional travel to London, and an active SC clearance is required. Depending on experience, the role may cover RAID, planning, dependencies, governance, and reporting. Ideal candidates will have data centre exit or cloud migration project experience and will be comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, highly coordinated environment.
