Salary: £27,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for experience in IT support, including working with hardware and software
• We need experience with installation, configuration, and deployment
• We require knowledge of networks
• Experience in the education sector is highly beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• We provide 1st and 2nd line support across a range of systems and users
• We deliver solutions to issues affecting all aspects of IT
• We support users remotely via the service desk and face to face on site in Croydon
