As we continue to grow and expand our platform, we are seeking a talented Rust Web3 Developer to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals in the crypto space.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to build and implement key features for the Backpack Exchange and Wallet.Build out the Backpack Market Maker.Optimize performance and address any bugs or technical issues within the platform and Marker Maker.Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.Utilize Rust to develop robust and scalable solutions.Stay up to date on the latest developments in Solana blockchain technology and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our platform.

Requirements: Passion for blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the crypto ecosystem.Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development and proficiency in the Rust programming language.Solid understanding of Web3 concepts and experience working with blockchain protocols, particularly Solana.Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment on the Solana blockchain is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
