Remote Customer Success Engineer

Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• We require proven experience of 1+ years in a customer-facing technical role, with a strong focus on infrastructure or DevOps.
• We need demonstrable experience with DevOps tools and concepts, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• We require strong fundamental knowledge of Linux administration and networking.
• We need experience with the NodeJS/Docker packaging ecosystem.
• Bonus: a solid understanding of basic programming concepts and data structures.
• Bonus: experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Bonus: experience with databases or using REST APIs.
• Bonus: experience with Budibase or a similar low-code platform.

Responsibilities

• We debug and resolve complex issues with customer self-managed Budibase deployments, including those using Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud hosting platforms.
• We provide expert technical support for infrastructure-related inquiries via email, GitHub, and video calls.
• We help customers understand best practices for deploying and maintaining Budibase in a production environment.
• We improve and update our product documentation, with a specific focus on deployment guides and technical infrastructure.
• We answer L1 customer support requests to ensure our customers are successful with Budibase.
