Security Service Engineer

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 5+ years of experience in the Fire and Security industry.
• We require strong knowledge of networked security systems.
• We require confidence with IP networking, including port forwarding, IP conflicts, and remote access.
• We require experience with monitored intruder alarms and IP CCTV.
• We require a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with systems such as Texecom, Galaxy, Pyronix, AJAX, Hikvision, Hanwha, Paxton Net2/10, ACT, Salto, RedCARE, and DualCom is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• We service, maintain, fault-find, and install intruder alarms, IP CCTV, access control, and door entry systems.
• We work across domestic, retail, commercial, schools, and care home environments.
• We complete documentation in line with British Standards and NSI requirements.
• We carry out field-based work across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, London, and the wider South and East of England.
• We participate in an on-call rota.

We are an expanding Fire and Security company looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent field-based role with a salary from £35,000+ DOE and OTE up to £45,000.
