Digital Change Programme Manager

We're looking for a Programme Manager for a public sector organisation, based remotely, on an initial 7-month contract, paying up to 700 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella). There may be occasional travel required to Bristol, London, or Birmingham for meetings.
