Requirements

• We need hands-on Salesforce architecture expertise gained within the telecoms industry.
• We prefer experience with Salesforce Vlocity CPQ EPC and Order Management architecture.
• We need strong technical leadership and the ability to design enterprise-wide, scalable, and resilient Salesforce CRM solutions.
• We need experience with Salesforce Vlocity CPQ certifications, Order Management certifications, and Salesforce Architect certifications.

Responsibilities

• We lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions.
• We define end-to-end Salesforce architectures.
• We customize and configure Salesforce Vlocity EPC CPQ to align with business requirements.
• We design and implement product catalog structures, pricing rules, and dependencies.
• We collaborate with the integration team to ensure seamless communication between Vlocity CPQ and other Salesforce modules or external systems.
• We integrate Salesforce pricing, product catalog, and quoting functionalities with existing business processes.
• We analyze and understand product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
• We identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using Salesforce Vlocity EPC CPQ features.
• We handle architecture, requirements scoping, analysis, design, development, coding, debugging, and solution deployment.

We are a global IT consultancy supporting a telecoms end client on a ServiceNow solutions project. This is a 3-month rolling contract based in Central London with hybrid working: 3 days per week remote and 2 days per week in our London office. The role is outside IR35 and offers a day rate of £550. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible in May or June 2026.
