Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're partnering with the world's leading AI research teams to build the next generation of intelligent security systems — and we need practitioners who've seen real threats up close.

You'll analyze real-world security scenarios, classify incidents, and help shape how AI models understand and reason about cybersecurity.
Organization: AlignerrType: Hourly ContractLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across modern enterprise environmentsReview firewall, EDR, and infrastructure security cases to determine what went wrong and whyClassify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on real operational dataCreate, label, and validate security datasets used to train and evaluate AI modelsClearly articulate root causes, attacker techniques, and business impact in structured formatsWork independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint securitySolid working knowledge of firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, and SIEMsStrong understanding of how real enterprises deploy and operate security controlsAble to explain complex security issues clearly — to both technical and non-technical audiencesDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working without close supervision Nice to Have Experience with threat hunting, incident response, or red/blue team operationsFamiliarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or CIS ControlsBackground in security engineering, SOC analysis, or infrastructure architecturePrior experience contributing to AI, data labeling, or security research projects Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems with leading research labsFully remote and flexible — work on your own scheduleFreelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually engaging workApply real-world security expertise to a cutting-edge AI domainPotential for ongoing work and contract extension
