IT Support Analyst

Salary: £27,000 - 36,000 per year

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 & their admin portals
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server
• Strong working knowledge of Windows file shares
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Desirable: Knowledge of VoIP systems
• Desirable: Understanding of networking (routing, VLANs)
• Desirable: Familiarity with virtualisation
• Desirable: Experience with Google Workspace
• Desirable: Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality IT support to a varied client base (education, charities, SMEs)
• Owning support tickets from first contact through to resolution/escalation
• Supporting Microsoft 365 environments and core Windows technologies
• Working closely with clients both remotely and on-site
• Contributing to project work (approx. 25% of the role)
• Collaborating with internal teams and third-party suppliers
• Communicating clearly with non-technical users at all levels
