Responsibilities

• We develop software solutions using Java and modern web technologies.
• We build new features and enhancements for our SaaS platform.
• We fix bugs and support continuous product improvements.
• We participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• We work closely with developers, testers and product teams.
• We contribute to technical discussions and design reviews.
• We assist with requirements analysis and solution development.
• We write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• We learn software engineering best practices from experienced colleagues.
• We take increasing ownership of development tasks as our skills grow.

The role is based near Ipswich, Suffolk, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
