Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• We have in-depth experience in reporting and MI within a SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a background in HR.
• We have strong technical experience working within the HR function, supporting technology-enabled HR operations.
• We have experience with SAP Datasphere.
• We have experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• We have exposure to SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time & Attendance, and LMS.
• We have hands-on experience with MDF objects, business rules, workflow configuration, and event reasons.
• We have experience working in a large, complex business where HRIS plays a key role.
• We are experienced as an HRIS Reporting Analyst, SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst, or SuccessFactors Analyst.
• We can work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• We produce regular reporting and support delivery of our data and reporting strategy.
• We design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• We maintain data integrity and manage our systems and reporting tools.
• We design and maintain HR data models in SAP Datasphere.
• We support new projects by implementing and testing new systems, features, and releases.
• We provide support and administration for SAP SuccessFactors.
• We collaborate with IT teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
• We support end users and key stakeholders across the business.
• We help improve the functionality and breadth of reporting to ensure reports are accurate, aligned to business needs, and provide real-time data.

We are a successful People Systems team delivering reporting and MI on HR data in SAP SuccessFactors across a corporate environment with multiple business units. We are looking to improve our reporting capability using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, alongside existing SAP User Stories and bespoke Power BI reporting, so our insights are accurate, aligned to business needs, and delivered in real time. This is a fully remote role with a salary circa £47-55k plus benefits.
