Requirements

• Active SC Clearance, used within the last 12 months.
• Strong background in functional testing.
• Hands-on experience in ETL testing and data migration.
• NHS experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Experience collaborating across multiple squads within a rainbow team structure.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing activities with a focus on ETL testing and data migration.
• Work within an Agile environment and collaborate across multiple squads.
• Apply estimation techniques and follow established quality processes throughout the testing phases.
• Design, review, and execute test cases to ensure complete coverage and alignment with requirements.
• Create and manage test data, estimate execution timelines, and proactively identify and discuss test issues.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure end-to-end coverage.
• Manage defect logging, triage, and resolution, including regular show and tell sessions.
• Review and validate test artefacts for quality and compliance with the testing strategy.
• Establish and refine testing processes to support efficient defect management and accurate progress reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and align testing objectives with project and business goals.

We are a leading global IT and digital transformation business delivering a complex cloud solution programme for a Government client. This is a 2-3 month contract, rolling, based in Leeds with hybrid working that is mainly remote and onsite in Leeds when required. The role is inside IR35 with a day rate of £400-£425.
