Founding AI Engineer

We're a performance marketing agency (Inc. 5000 #123, ex-Google founders) hiring our first dedicated AI engineer as a contractor.

What you'd build: landing page conversion analyzers, creative analyzers for video ads, vertical media buying co-pilots for Meta/Google/TikTok APIs. Real LLM tools that go into client production the same week they ship.

Stack: open. We don't care which LLM provider sits underneath. The value is in vertical specialization on top.

Required: top 1% with Lovable, Replit, or Cursor. Public GitHub or portfolio with shipped projects we can play with. Ability to ship a complex tool (multiple data sources, APIs, server hosting, LLM integration) in under a day.

Comp: hourly contract, bi-weekly net-14, monthly renewal. Path to Head of AI for the right person.

Process: 30-min intro, 45-min founder conversation, 60-min live build in Lovable or Replit (we watch you ship). Offer within 2 weeks.
