• Experience in customer-facing architecture, presales, or consulting roles
• Solid understanding of tools such as Defender, Intune, and the Microsoft security ecosystem
• Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions
• Shape Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security solutions
• Drive presales opportunities from discovery to proposal
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions translate into successful projects
• Support go-to-market initiatives including events, campaigns, and customer briefings
• Help develop advisory services around Microsoft security strategy, governance, and AI readiness
