Role Prompt Engineer Location Remote Experience Required 10+Years Employment Type Contract Job Summary • We are looking for a talented Prompt Engineer with strong expertise in Conversational AI, GenAI, and NLP to design, optimize, and manage prompts for advanced AI-driven applications. • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in crafting prompts, improving AI responses, and enhancing multi-turn conversations for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities • Design and optimize prompts for GenAI and Agentic AI applications • Create engaging conversation flows and structured AI responses • Manage multi-turn context handling for seamless user interactions • Apply hallucination control and grounding techniques for accurate outputs • Work with NLP concepts such as intents, entities, and utterance tuning • Leverage Search AI for intelligent query handling and retrieval • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve AI performance • Test, evaluate, and continuously refine prompt strategies • Exposure to Kore Platform is highly preferred • Python knowledge is a plus Required Skills • Prompt Engineering • Conversational AI • Generative AI • NLP • Multi-turn Dialogue Systems • Hallucination Mitigation • Search AI / RAG Concepts • Python (Preferred) • Kore Platform (Preferred) Thanks
