Requirements

• We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with strong experience in the telecommunications domain.
• We require hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), ITSM, and ITOM.
• We expect strong knowledge of ITOM, ITIL, CMDB, and CSDM standards.
• We need experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and translating business requirements into technical blueprints.
• We require experience architecting complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• We are looking for experience with ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM frameworks, and JavaScript.
• We value experience leading telecom-specific implementations such as network inventory, product catalog, and service order management.
• We require the ability to oversee development teams and deliver scalable, automated telecom operations solutions.
• We prefer candidates with strong stakeholder management and strategic advisory experience.
• We require availability to work in a hybrid setup in London, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote.

Responsibilities

• We design end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module.
• We define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules, including service lifecycle management, order management, and network inventory.
• We translate business requirements into technical blueprints and guide implementation teams.
• We oversee development teams to deliver scalable and automated telecom operations solutions.
• We architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• We lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
• We align platform improvements with business goals and strategic objectives.
• We enhance customer service and reduce operational risk through platform design and advisory input.
• We ensure alignment with ITOM, ITIL, CMDB, and CSDM standards.
• We support a ServiceNow solutions project for a telecom end client in partnership with a global IT consultancy.

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect for a 6-month contract based in London with a hybrid working model, offering two days remote and three days in the office each week. This role is within a global IT consultancy supporting a telecoms end client on a ServiceNow solutions project. The contract is outside IR35 and is expected to start as soon as possible in May or June 2026. We are offering a day rate of up to £625, and the role focuses on driving ServiceNow telecom operations architecture, integration, and platform improvement.
