DevOps Tech Lead

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• Active SC clearance
• Proven experience as a DevOps Technical Lead
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers in delivering high-quality solutions
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure system reliability and performance optimization
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve performance
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
