Remote Senior Technical Account Manager - VoIP, SIP, CCaaS

Salary: £69,000 - 109,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 3+ years of experience in a Technical Services role in software, telecommunications, or customer service, call/contact centre, and/or service delivery.
• We require knowledge of TCP/IP networking and exposure to VoIP technology.
• We require understanding of TCP/IP and internet fundamentals.
• We require experience in software, telecommunications, and IP telephony.
• We require demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency.
• We require excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end users and customers.
• We require excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• We require fluency in German at C1 level or above.
• We can only consider applicants located in Germany.

Responsibilities

• We provide post-sales technical support and customer management.
• We help with customer onboarding.
• We troubleshoot technical issues.
• We ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ROI.
• We work independently and alongside Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, and other teams to deliver customer success.
• We provide collaborative solutions that create a positive customer experience and meet customer needs.
