Apple IT Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hands-on IT support role
• Strong Apple and Mac support experience
• Confidence supporting Apple devices and ecosystems, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple TV
• Experience supporting Android mobile devices
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a broad technical environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A calm, adaptable, and service-led approach
• Trustworthy, discreet, and highly professional
• Comfortable working across multiple locations when required
• Full driving licence preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide highly responsive IT support to senior stakeholders and support staff
• Support Apple devices and Apple ecosystems
• Manage and troubleshoot iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple TV, and related technologies
• Support Android mobile devices
• Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
• Maintain and improve Wi-Fi and connectivity across multiple sites
• Assist with smart TVs, Sky systems, gaming consoles, and entertainment technology
• Provide both remote and in-person support
• Help assess existing infrastructure and recommend improvements where appropriate
• Support hardware, software, and general day-to-day technical issues
• Occasionally provide out-of-hours or remote support when required
