Tester / QA Engineer

This remote QA Engineer role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions delivered in a global, enterprise-scale environment.

You will be responsible for validating features across the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to release readiness.

The role involves designing and executing structured test strategies to ensure functional, regression, and integration quality across applications.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, designers, and project managers in an international, cross-functional setup. A strong emphasis is placed on identifying defects early, improving test coverage, and contributing to continuous quality improvements.

The position is ideal for a detail-oriented QA professional who thrives in structured yet collaborative engineering environments. You will also have the opportunity to support test automation initiatives and modern QA practices.

Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.

Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to validate application behavior and ensure software quality before release. Identify, document, and track defects clearly, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Validate implemented features across different environments and ensure alignment with defined functional and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and support the adoption of test automation practices where applicable.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or a similar quality assurance role. Strong hands‑on experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for complex applications.

Proven experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing in production‑like environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail and structured thinking.

Ability to clearly identify, document, and communicate software defects to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working in collaborative environments.
