As an experienced Event Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Maltego's presence at external and hosted events (conferences, fairs, webinars, in-house events, and other industry events).

Your expertise in research, negotiation, and budget management will ensure the success of Maltego's on-site engagements.

With a keen focus on organization, multitasking, and brand visibility, you'll play a key role in boosting Maltego's recognition in the cybersecurity industry on a global scale.

What to expect Manage a portfolio of in‑person and virtual events,ensuringalllogistics, timelines, and deliverables are executed on time and with high quality.Lead on‑site and virtual event operations, coordinating staff, directing real‑time decisions, and resolving issues to ensure seamless execution.Coordinate pre‑event planning activities, including registration setup, stakeholder alignment, internal briefings, and attendee communications.Oversee post‑event workflows by ensuringaccuratelead capture, data hygiene, routing, and follow‑up in CRM and marketing automation systems.Conduct post‑event analysis to evaluate performance, extract insights, and recommend improvements across the event portfolio.Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost‑efficient, high‑quality delivery.Source andmaintainrelationships with venues, production teams, and service providers, evaluating performance and ensuring reliable partnerships.Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to align goals, messaging, KPIs, and event strategy.

Your profile in short Proven experience managing corporate events, trade shows, virtual events, or experiential marketing programs min. 3 years in B2B SaaS.

Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and seniority levels.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budget ownership experience.Creative mindset with a passion for crafting memorable event experiences.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
