Data Solutions Architect

Salary: £18,000 - 67,200 per year

Requirements

• Technical solution architecture experience across modern data platforms and analytics stacks
• Ability to design end-to-end data solutions spanning ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and consumption
• Experience with cloud data platforms and services (e.g. Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)
• Understanding of distributed data processing technologies (e.g. Spark-based platforms such as Databricks or Fabric)
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure data architectures aligned to non-functional requirements
• Active SC Clearance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into design specifications
• Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Optimize existing data architectures for performance and scalability
• Review and provide guidance on best practices for data management and analytics
• Work within a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote work effectively
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all data processes
