Job Description
Salary: £41,500 - 71,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementations within NHS Trusts, especially with Nervecentre EPR or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of patient pathways, clinical workflows, and NHS standards.
- Expertise in clinical and administrative process redesign, ensuring seamless system integration with platforms like PAS, NHS App, and EDMS.
- Strong knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of managing complex change projects.
- Skilled in change management, training delivery, and benefits realisation.
- Certification in PRINCE2 Foundation or similar project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments.
- Additional experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar tools (nice to have).
- Knowledge of NHS digital standards, cyber security, clinical safety, and accessibility requirements (nice to have).
- Prior involvement in digital modernisation initiatives and service improvement agendas (nice to have).
- A Masters degree or equivalent in healthcare, IT, project management, or related fields (preferred).
- Extensive experience leading ICT-enabled change projects in healthcare settings (preferred).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a flexible balance of office and remote work, with onsite presence to be agreed based on project needs.
- Ability to undertake travel as necessary to NHS Trust sites.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead critical electronic patient record implementations within NHS Trusts.
- Influence how clinical teams access and utilise vital information to deliver safer, more effective care.

- Redesign clinical and administrative processes to achieve seamless system integration.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across various departments within the NHS Trusts.
- Stay informed on NHS digital standards, cyber security, and clinical safety requirements relevant to the projects.
