Requirements

• We require several years of experience in financial markets and/or IT business analysis.
• We require hands-on experience with the Murex MX.3 platform in front-office support or implementation projects.
• We require strong domain knowledge in financial markets and front-office trading.
• We require a deep understanding of financial derivatives, including FX, interest rates, and fixed income.
• We require a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and front-office workflows.
• We require solid knowledge of pricing, valuation, and market data concepts.
• We require hands-on experience with Murex modules, including Front Office, Market Data, and Pricing.
• We require basic SQL knowledge or scripting skills.
• We require a good understanding of trade capture and risk/valuation processes.
• We require experience in global banking or capital markets environments.
• We prefer experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• We require the ability to work within US EST hours, likely 2pm to 10pm.
• We require the role to be performed remotely.
• We require the ability to work through an umbrella company due to IR35 status.

Responsibilities

• We will support a client working to US EST hours and align our work schedule accordingly.
• We will analyze business requirements and support front-office trading processes.
• We will support the Murex MX.3 platform across front-office activities.
• We will participate in implementation and upgrade projects.
• We will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• We will support trade capture, pricing, valuation, and risk-related processes.
• We will contribute to the use and support of Murex Front Office, Market Data, and Pricing modules.
• We will use basic SQL or scripting skills to assist with analysis and delivery.
• We will operate within an Agile or hybrid delivery environment where applicable.

We are recruiting for an experienced Murex Business Analyst to join us remotely on a contract basis. This role falls inside IR35, so the successful candidate will work through an umbrella company for the duration of the assignment. The position supports a client operating on US EST hours, likely 2pm to 10pm.
