Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience supporting and consulting on Infor M3
• Experience within manufacturing and/or distribution businesses
• Knowledge of Infor ION
• Knowledge of APIs
• Knowledge of Mashups / H5
• Knowledge of JavaScript / JScript
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI)
• Experience supporting ERP integrations
• Excellent troubleshooting and ERP support skills
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with a global team

Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership of our Infor M3 environment
• Support global users across manufacturing and distribution
• Deliver ERP support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Develop and enhance M3 functionality
• Build and support integrations using ION, APIs, and Mashups
• Support upgrades, including the move from single-tenant to multi-tenant
• Maintain reports
• Work with external partners to deliver projects and improvements
• Ensure system stability, performance, and technical standards

We are a global manufacturing company and part of a major international engineering group, supporting around 450 Infor M3 users across 9 international sites. This is a predominantly remote role based in the UK, with occasional travel to our Surrey office and other business locations when required. You will join our global ERP team alongside two highly experienced M3 specialists, taking a key role in the future development of our worldwide Infor M3 environment. We offer a salary up to £70,000, an annual bonus of up to 10%, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and a long-term career opportunity within a global business.
