ServiceNow HR Business Analyst (HRSD)

Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and the broader HR lifecycle
• Experience working on end-to-end implementations
• Strong HR domain knowledge and ServiceNow exposure
• Experience capturing requirements, mapping processes, and supporting delivery across multiple workstreams
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working in Agile environments
• CIS HRSD certification would be highly beneficial
• Background as a ServiceNow Consultant, HR Systems Analyst, Product-focused professional, or Business Analyst is welcome if supported by relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the business and end users
• Shape requirements and support the delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Act as the conduit between HR stakeholders, customer teams, and technical delivery teams
• Lead requirements gathering
• Carry out current and future state process mapping
• Facilitate workshops
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional designs, and process documentation
• Support delivery teams across multiple workstreams
• Contribute to proposals, workshops, and global transformation projects
• Support end-to-end HR transformation programmes across case management, employee portals, knowledge management, HR services, and workflow automation
