Senior CRM Solution Architect

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• 5+ years in solution architecture or senior system design roles
• Strong experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with one of these platforms required
• Proven experience in CRM migration and enterprise implementation
• Strong integration architecture background across multiple systems
• Experience with Node.js and Vue.js in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and system design
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex organisations

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for a strategic CRM programme
• Design CRM architecture aligned with enterprise standards, security, and governance
• Create scalable, maintainable, future-proof solutions
• Own architecture documentation and system mapping
• Lead CRM migration strategy, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Define the balance between configuration and customisation
• Ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption
• Establish the CRM as a single source of truth
• Design integration architecture across CRM and enterprise systems
• Reduce legacy complexity and technical debt
• Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Act as a technical authority across product, engineering, data, and operations
• Define and enforce architecture standards and guardrails
• Ensure best practice across DevOps, testing, and deployment
