Junior IT Support Technician

Salary: £25,500 - 25,500 per year

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with users and other IT team members.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networks, and common applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise work accordingly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibilities as the role evolves.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of technical support for all users and IT infrastructure issues in various environments: Office, Production, Hosting, and remote Workers.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and administration of IT systems at both sites.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the organisations hardware and software systems.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT systems as required.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT infrastructure and user guide materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery across the organisation.
