Salary: £78,000 - 80,460 per year

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience delivering production solutions
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket or similar)
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and collaborating closely with DevOps
• Ability to deliver business change on the Salesforce platform
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a delivery team
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Implement agreed designs and architectural direction
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations and other Salesforce ecosystem technologies
• Ensure Salesforce support activity is delivered within agreed SLAs
• Take ownership of complex or high-impact incidents when required
• Collaborate with the Business Change Team to understand clients strategic business goals and challenges
• Deliver business change in alignment with agreed priorities, roadmap, and delivery plans
