Python Developer – Machine Learning & AWS

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• Advanced coding skills in Python
• Experience across the full lifecycle of ML model development, including deployment to production
• Strong knowledge of AWS
• Good understanding of modern software engineering best practices, microservices, TDD/DDD, and common Design Patterns
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with Databricks, PostgreSQL, Amazon RedShift, or MLflow is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers on insurance underwriting and pricing systems
• Implement Machine Learning algorithms into production systems
• Participate in technical discussions within a cross-functional team
• Mentor junior team members if desired
• Engage actively in a collaborative Agile environment
