IT Support Engineer

Salary: £37,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements

• We ideally want someone with Microsoft 365 administration experience, including SharePoint Online.
• We ideally want someone with Windows desktop support and end-user computing experience.
• We ideally want someone with Entra ID / Azure AD administration experience.
• We ideally want someone with networking fundamentals, VPNs and remote connectivity experience.
• We ideally want someone with endpoint management and modern workplace technologies experience.
• Experience with VMware, Cisco or Meraki is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• We provide 2nd/3rd line support to users across the business.
• We support Windows and Apple devices, peripherals, AV equipment and meeting room technology.
• We administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• We manage user accounts, permissions and onboarding/offboarding through Entra ID (Azure AD).
• We support networking, VPNs and remote access technologies.
• We work alongside external IT partners to ensure a secure and reliable IT environment.
• We assist with cybersecurity, endpoint management, patching and vulnerability management.
• We contribute to IT projects, system improvements and automation initiatives.
