Salary: £37,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven Salesforce Administration experience
• Strong Sales Cloud knowledge, including flows and automation
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a passion for data quality
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new Salesforce capabilities
• Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or AI features (e.g. Einstein) is advantageous but not essential
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities and agility in learning
• Creativity in creating solutions and navigating change
• Ambitious with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing users, permissions, flows, and configurations
• Support and enhance Sales Cloud performance and data integrity
• Contribute to the implementation and use of Data Cloud, including data modelling and identity resolution
• Enable Marketing through structured, reliable datasets and support Marketing Cloud data processes
• Maintain documentation, support releases, and drive continuous platform improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
