SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant

Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year

Requirements

• We require UK Nationals based in the UK only due to the nature of the role and potential security clearance requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO integration development.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO 7.3 and SAP ABAP R/3.
• Strong development experience using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of PI adapters including File, JDBC and IDOC.
• Experience designing SAP PI integration solutions from business requirements.
• Experience with ABAP Proxy Development.
• Experience with PI Interface Design and Configuration.
• Experience with PI API Interface Development.
• Experience with User Defined Java Functions (UDFs).
• Knowledge of SAP TRM, PSCD, CRM, FI and HR modules.
• Experience with UNIX, WebMethods, Microsoft Office and SAP CTS.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, including ABAP Proxies, IDOCs and RFCs.
• Design SAP PI integration solutions based on functional requirements.
• Develop and support integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Carry out development in line with agreed requirements and development standards.
• Produce Unit Test documentation and other technical documentation.
• Liaise with functional and testing teams to resolve issues identified during development and testing.
• Lead technical delivery activities and escalate risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate.
• Deliver work within agreed timescales, quality standards and budget, providing regular progress updates.
• Manage problems and change requests within our area of responsibility.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

We are seeking an experienced SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant to join our team and deliver high-quality integration solutions across a complex SAP landscape. This role is based in Worthing or Telford and is open to UK Nationals based in the UK only, with SC clearance not required initially but potentially requested later.
