Remote Solutions Engineer (French Speaking)

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements

• We require you to be fluent in both English and French at a business level, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• We are looking for someone who is personable, polite, and positive.
• We need a mix of technical skills and expertise such as development, release management, operations, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native technologies.
• We require experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), including configuring and using CI/CD tools.
• We need someone who is comfortable communicating with customers, carrying technical conversations, and delivering compelling value-based demos.
• We are looking for someone who is eager to learn the latest technologies.
• This remote role requires you to be located in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• We work where we work best, including from a home office, while video conferencing with colleagues and customers.
• We build or update technical assets such as Octopus Deploy projects for deployments to Tomcat on EC2 instances or containerized applications to Kubernetes using Helm.
• We work with our account team to discover the technical challenges and business goals of an account and prepare demos that showcase the value of Octopus Deploy.
• We deliver demos and discuss technical questions with prospective customers.
• We provide guidance to prospective customers conducting a Proof of Value with Octopus Deploy.
• We educate customers on the value of Octopus Deploy through developer blogs and guides, talks, webinars, and event attendance.
