Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five developers to maintain and improve our internal software systems
• Understand the business and liaise with users to ensure well-defined enhancements and timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Contribute to programming tasks and oversee the design of solutions
• Support our strategy by improving efficiency and productivity across our software development function
• Work closely with the Head of Systems, DB & API and key stakeholders across Accounts, Global Operations, Support, Sales, and Sales Management
