Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Salary: £69,000 - 109,000 per year

Requirements

• Passion for technology, with curiosity, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong fundamentals in software design principles and system architecture.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with strong Node.js and TypeScript skills and expertise in relational databases.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience managing and enhancing AWS cloud infrastructure and services such as Lambda, RDS, and SQS.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• A natural interest in maths and engineering fundamentals.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to contribute in a lean, agile team and make a tangible difference through your work.
• E-commerce and API design/integration experience.
• Experience with, or interest in, agentic coding.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build performant, scalable applications using modern web technologies.
• Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP for security, scalability, and reliability.
• Own solutions end to end, from gathering requirements with end users through delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team on projects that transform how we deliver care.
• Leverage AI to drive efficiency and build scalable solutions while ensuring excellence throughout our codebase.
