Field Service Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in IT, networking, telecoms or technology installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience with structured cabling and use of hand/power tools.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Desirable: experience with VoIP, CCTV, EPOS, managed print and Microsoft 365.
• Desirable: relevant industry certifications such as ECS, CSCS or IPAF.

Responsibilities

• Install and support network cabling, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and VoIP systems.
• Configure and maintain IT, cloud, CCTV, photocopier and EPOS solutions.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with project delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high installation standards.
